About the experience
The journey begins beneath the towering walls of Triglav in the peaceful Trenta Valley. Historic mule tracks lead past remote alpine pastures and towards a mountain pass between Ozebnik and Kanjavec.
The route then continues through the Triglav Seven Lakes Valley, surrounded by clear alpine lakes and white limestone peaks. After crossing the traditional Bohinj dairy pastures, the circular trail returns beneath Triglav and descends into the Zadnjica Valley.
The terrain is technically non-exposed and does not require climbing skills. However, the long hiking days and significant elevation gain require good fitness and some previous mountain hiking experience.

What Our Guests Say
Marko is a great guide. We spent 2 days with him and, despite the rain, we really enjoyed our trekking on the Julian Alps! He is passionate about the mountains, and he transmits it in every word and detail he shares. We could tell that he had carefully prepared the route, with several alternatives in case of inclement weather.
Marko accompanied us for two days towards the ascent to Triglav. He is very prepared and patient, he guided us on our first via ferrata. We did the most critical parts together in roped party to always feel safe. We recommend him!!
Very nice experience with Marko! I recommend. Marko is very nice and he knows Slovenia and his region very well.
The hike was one of the highlights of our stay in Bovec. Our guide adapted the pace to the group, shared interesting stories about the area and took us to places we would never have discovered on our own.
A wonderful mountain experience for the whole family. The route was carefully chosen for our abilities, and the guide was patient and encouraging with the children. We all felt safe and enjoyed every part of the day.
